Detroit hip-hop trailblazer, Allstar Lee unleashes a new track and video “Knew That”. The song’s addicting beat paired with Allstar’s fluid cadence make it an undeniable bop. About “Knew That”, he says “This song is a vibe. When Helluva first played the beat it was unorthodox it wasn’t the usual type of beats I rap on but it sparked something in me gave me a challenge. I just had fun on it and came up with a catchy hook”. With the fun and catchy track, Allstar Lee claims his boss status, illustrated in the vibrant video.
“Knew That” comes off the back of Allstar’s single “That Bag In”, released last year. Allstar is starting the new year off with a bang, foreshadowing what is to come musically. Leon Miles III, more widely known by his rap moniker AllStar Lee, has a story to share with the world. Hailing from the Six Mile neighborhood in Detroit, his music is composed of an incendiary flow and an unapologetic sound.
